Newton Facilities Group is a family-run commercial cleaning company based in Bracknell, providing office cleaning services to clients across Berkshire.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team of cleaning operatives for cleaning in Woodley, Reading.
The time of clean is 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will be responsible for locking the premises once the cleaning has been completed. This role would suit an individual or a team of 2 working 1.5 hours each.

Permanent - Cleaning Operative
Location: Clinic in Woodley RG6 (free parking on site - alternatively on a bus route)
Hourly Rate: £1.50 per hour - Paid 4-weekly
Hours: 9 hours per week - 5:30pm - 8:30pm Mon, Wed, Fri
We are looking for an individual to join us working 9 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday on a permanent contract. The hours are 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm and you will be responsible for cleaning duties for a clinic in Woodley. Full training and uniform will be provided.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Cleaning floors, vacuuming, and damp mopping
- Disinfecting desks, replacing bin liners and disposing of rubbish
- Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and shower room
- Replenishing consumables items, hand towels, soap etc
- Working as part of a team and individually
- Securing the premises
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following experience, skills, behaviours necessary to meet the requirements of the role:
- Very strong attention to detail
- Good communication
- Effectively able to multitask and prioritise whilst keeping to tight deadlines
- Ability to work individually and self-motivated
- Timekeeping and attendance must be of a very high standard
